Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Nuremberg Central Station is one of the best railway stations I've visited in Germany. What impressed me most is how clean and well-maintained it is. Despite serving tens of thousands of passengers every day, it consistently feels cleaner and more organized than many other major German stations. The station is also exceptionally well designed. Within a relatively compact area, you'll find almost everything a traveler might need. There are supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, fast-food options, pharmacies, convenience stores, luggage lockers, ATMs, a dry cleaner, travel services, public restrooms, waiting areas, and plenty of places to buy food or drinks before your train. If you're looking for a quick meal, you'll find places such as Yorma's, Lidl, Rewe To Go and several traditional bakeries where you can try authentic Franconian Brezen - the local name for the famous Bavarian pretzel. The passenger information system deserves special praise. Large electronic departure boards are placed throughout the station, making it easy to find your train even during busy hours. Escalators and elevators provide convenient access to the levels, and the station is fully connected with N

Very big station along with modern facilities. But you would not find a single mobile charging point. Seat for passenger is very uncomfortable. It's very difficult to wait long and WC is also chargeable@ 1.5 . Wifi is also not working properly.

Functional train station. Some platforms have escalators and others just stairs. Some good shops including Rewe, Lidl, McDonalds, Burger King. Normas and KFC and Der Beck. Each platform has an electronic display with the next few trains. Access tunnel is sometimes very full. Train announcements are made regularly. The platform has a graphical display board which provides all required information

Nice Train station. Station serves long distance trains, local Regional Bahn, and S-Bahn Trains. Plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. I enjoyed my visit. Come to and through this station a lot on my travels through Germany.
