Place of the hostel is very nice for a few days trip in Berlin. The room and the people were very nice. Toilets and showers were kind of clean but soap and papers has to be renewed more often.

Got a completely different room from what we’ve ordered. Was meant to have a double bed but we got 2 separate ones in a tiny space after paying extra for it. Wifi doesn’t work at all and the hosta provide no explanation or solution despite still advertising having it on websites like booking. Building looks nothing like in the photos now, the whole graffiti mural is gone and just looks like a rundown ruined building. Very disappointing. The only good part is the location.

Been there multiple times, it’s amazing! It used to be more colorful on the outside but it’s nice they kept the inside the same! For me it’s 10/10 it’s really chill, you can buy drinks and snacks downstairs and the personal is kind. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely will go again! :)

As soon as we arrived, I noticed it was one of those 1980s self-punishment hostels, not even worthy of the nostalgic hostels of that era—you know, rough but decent. It’s not even one of those modern, fully equipped, high-priced hostels you find in Berlin. Just a deplorable dump full of spoiled, confused 14-year-olds pretending to be alternative and independent, but only managing to annoy the local shopkeepers.The moment I got the keys, I realized I’m getting old and need to be more careful. I hadn't asked if there was an elevator before booking. The result: walking up 5 flights of 1930s stairs with suitcases. A routine to be repeated without luggage for the next 4 days.I asked to be moved to a lower floor, but I was told it wasn't possible. I insisted on splitting us into multiple rooms on the ground floor, or taking an extra room due to my previously undisclosed disability. Nothing doing. Only when I showed up an hour later to hand back the keys, give up, and go elsewhere, was I told that a spot on the ground floor actually was available. Total bandits, avoid them.
