Don’t waste your time and money . Manicure and pedicure it’s only a joke for them. They just put some stuff on your nails without taking care how it’s looking like .Not happy with to work they did to me, i went there the next day for a fix-up and they just look at me with disrespect and disgusted like I was exaggerating. After an hour waiting they sent me away by saying I have to pay extra and also they didn’t have time for me. Very arrogant store owner the same like the staff very unprofessional people.

The experience from good went to down hill. First time experience was good, I requested something very basic and they get it done. The most recent experience was bad, I got my finger hurts, the colour is not what expected even I had asked and communicated several times. Every time before I go, I removed my gel nails by myself, because they might charge for the remove service, but still, every time they still have some other reason to add up the prices. The technician man and woman are mostly have good skill, if you request to re-shape the nails, they can really do it well, but do they really like their job? Do they enjoy to help people get pretty nails? I don’t see the passion. I can easily get the same thing done with reasonable prices and not getting hurts in another store.

I booked an appointment for gel nails with French tips, but upon arrival, I was informed they only offer plastic tips to extend the nails with gel applied on top. This wasn’t ideal, but they said it was the only option unless I opted for acrylics, which I don’t like. Reluctantly, I agreed. The technician applied the tips but cut them unevenly, leaving my nails with mismatched lengths—for instance, my pinky nail on my right hand is longer than my ring finger on my left. There was no cuticle removal, and she over-thinned my nail beds to the point it was painful during the process. She applied a thick layer of building gel, cured it, and then thinned it afterward, which made the curing process extremely painful—far beyond what I’d consider normal discomfort. While the nails might look okay from a distance, the experience was disappointing. The salon also didn’t feel clean, which added to the overall negative impression.

Absolutely lovely!!! 💅✨ I can’t understand why there are so many negative reviews about this salon lately. It's completely unjustified. The salon is excellent, and the staff are also friendly. I’m beyond satisfied with my nails—they look amazing! I genuinely believe this is the best salon in Munich. 🌟💖

Amazing service!! I came in with somewhat high expectations already as I have found out about the place from a stranger who had gorgeous gel nails on. And to be honest, the result exceeded my expectations. The staff is all so nice and the designer who did my nails is a great talent! I’ll let the photos convince you 😉
