Sehr unfreundlich am Telefon. Als Kundin fühle ich mich sehr unwohl, wenn jemand einfach auflegt, da wir keinen Termin an einem Tag finden konnten. Wieso muss man sich als Kundin überhaupt so unfreundlich behandeln lassen? Muss man nicht: es gibt mehr als ein Nagelstudio in Bayreuth.

Heute war ich im Nagelstudio und hab spontan auch eine Fußmassage machen lassen – und es war einfach mega! Die Mitarbeiterin war super lieb, hat ganz sanft massiert und es war total angenehm. Danach fühlten sich meine Füße richtig leicht an. Der Laden war sauber, roch nach ätherischen Ölen und es lief entspannte Musik – einfach total chillig und erholsam.😍
