Ich bin schon seit Jahren Kunde im Nagelstudio Rosa Nails. Seit Monate bin ich dort total unzufrieden geworden. Die Hygiene ist einfach Katastrophe. Der Tisch, das Werkzeug, die UV Lampen und die Hände von den Mitarbeitern werden von Kunde bis Kunde nicht gereinigt und desinfiziert! Letztes Mal hat das Handtuch eklig gestunken. Ich mache immer gleich Termin für nächstes Mal aus, trotzdem muss ich immer viel warten. Wenn ich z.B den Termin um 10 Uhr habe, und jemand 2 Minuten davor kommt, zu fragen, ob gerade jetzt kommen kann, die Mitarbeiter sagt ja, und ich mit dem Termin warten muss. Es finde ich unverschämt! Man fühlt sich nicht wertschätzt. Entweder kein Termin-System verwenden oder Terminvergabe, aber sollen die Menschen warten, die vorab keinen Termin vereinbart haben. Früher war richtig angenehm dort zu sein, jetzt herrst nur Hektik und Stress. Schade, dass das Studio so runtergegangen ist, weil ich dort echt zufrieden war.

Even 1 star is not worth giving in this Nail Studio. It was my first time and for sure the last time I would be going here! Customer service was suck and terrible. The lady which is around 40-ish who did the manicure service for me was such a rude and disgusting person. She had a mistake doing the art thing and blame it to me because I was nervous??seriously? Why should I be then? And she literally stare me in the eyes for a half minute when I answered her. I am normally considerate person just respect me and I will consider your poor quality of work! Never again here!

I got a pedicure and decided on gel as it holds so long so when I put my sneakers on to work out or run then my toenail polish won't come off so quickly. However, it cost an extra 26€ just for gel! My friend and I went together and she brought her own nail polish. Neither of us received any kind of massage, no lotion, the dead skin removal was minimal. We both felt like we were just a number, it was rushed and they barely spoke to us. I paid 44€ for 10 extra minutes and she didn't even remove the nail polish from my skin! I came home and there was still polish on 2 of my toes. Never again. Not worth it.
