München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Despite the previous reviews about the secretary staff, I received nothing but great service from them. They were polite, easy to talk to and direct, no issues what so ever. Also, I had wonderful treatments from multiple physical therapists at this practice. The location is a bit far from my home, but well worth it! I got an appointment very quickly and was able to work with the staff to schedule my treatments in a way that benefited my schedule I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing quick help for their physical pain.

It does not deserve more than one star. The secretary's behavior was very bad

I went there for pregnancy physiotherapy and while the therapy itself was useful, the people doing billing and appointment scheduling are very deceptive. Due to their mistakes, I ended up having to privately pay for an appointment even though I had the prescription from my doctor so that the insurance would be covering them, as well as for two missed appointments one of which their therapist was sick without a notice of recovery and the second one where they told me not to come as i was unwell. And they billed me for both. One of the employees made a mistake and I ended up paying for it. During the whole ordeal, they kept giving reassurances that things will be sorted while they quietly billed us. When confronted, they acted as if one employee didn’t know what the other one said and just made it very very difficult to sort out in person and gave no responses over the phone . They even prevented me from speaking with the owner about this. It was obvious that they were hoping that we would eventually be too busy due to our newborn that we would just give up.
