I didn't visit all that many doctors since moving to Germany but from the ones I did - this was by far the kindest, most pleasant experience I've had. From the moment you step in to a follow-up after an external specialist visit - you just feel like they care. Thank you, I don't hope to visit anytime soon but if I have to - I know this is the right place.

Unacceptably slow. I took the appointment at 8am (when they open) on purpose to avoid the long waiting that can happen at the doctor. At 8:35 I decided to leave after they took in 4 people that came after me. Will never come again and I would recommend another doctor if you value your time :)

I have been a patient at this practice for over five years and had always appreciated the staff’s professionalism and kindness — until a recent experience left me shocked, upset, and questioning whether basic humanity still exists here. After receiving my prescription and sick note digitally, as usual, I politely asked the receptionist for printed copies, as I needed them for my employer. While she eventually handed them to me, she did so with a very visible eye-roll. I approached her to address this behavior, simply hoping to be treated with basic courtesy. At that moment, a second receptionist abruptly joined the conversation. She raised her voice at me, claiming the process had already been explained to me “five times” — which was not true. I had asked only once and remained respectful throughout. As I was preparing to leave, visibly unsettled, she pointed at me and loudly said “Raus” (“Get out”) in front of other patients. I was stunned. The aggression and tone were entirely disproportionate, and I left feeling humiliated and shaken. What made the situation worse was that the doctor did not intervene or attempt to de-escalate the situation. Instead, she simply stated that I

Very hospitable stuff and dr. Anna . They were super nice and helpful. The stuff on the front desk doesn't speak English that well but we managed at the end. 😊 Dr. Anna speaks great English and she was super helpful. I would recommend this place.
