The star rating certainly set my expectations a little high compared to comparable stays. The listing stated that there would be AC but on 18 Jun 26 when it was 87°F, it was still not in use. The filthy carpet in the halls and in the room certainly didn't boost my confidence either. We kept the window open 100% of the time, which meant daylight from 4 AM to 10 PM and all the street noises from below. The bed and bedding was comfortable and having the train just out the front door was great.

Where to Start First ...? So the Hotel is in a very good spot and is also looking very impressive ( like a Castle made out glass )! Service i don't want to talk about it because that is always a individual experience- the people there are nice and helping! Now the most important part the Rooms () The Hotel inside-you will notice it's very old and it looks like the Landlord doesn't seem to be bothered much about the appearance - as like the carpet is multicolor from different types of liquids that nobody knows what it is ... The window handle is broken ... in the bathroom - all the freshwater tabs are constipated... and leaving the drain takes forever... as I said one can notice that basic maintenance is laking a lot ... and the price is also not cheap- so no recommendation !

In my opinion, this hotel offers unbeatable value for money and is an excellent choice, especially for business travelers. the transport links are outstanding, with the S-Bahn taking you to Berlin city center in no time, while the bus provides an even quicker connection to Spandau Town Hall and the beautiful Old Town. The rooms feature functional, modern furnishings and were impressively clean, which made for a very pleasant stay. One small detail regarding the otherwise very good room amenities was the absence of body lotion; however, I am confident that the management, who handles feedback very attentively, will take such suggestions into account. A absolute highlight is the spectacular view, which you can enjoy from the higher-floor rooms if you are lucky. At the latest, you will be rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view during the highly recommended breakfast on the 16th floor, which can even be enjoyed from the terrace in good weather—you simply cannot get enough of it. Due to the great overall impression and the noticeable focus on service, I will definitely be happy to return!
