If you are looking for a customizable solid wood table, this is the best provider out there. Their flexibility during the ordering process (size and models) was fantastic, and the customer experience was flawless from beginning to end. The table was very easy to assemble, especially with the clear support video they provided. Outstanding service and quality!

I called them to place an order. I understand German but i prefer an other language to communicate details for an item that costs 5000€ to ensure it is all understood. The person who got the phone said “no other language. This is Germany. Only German”. Maybe try to get someone else to help would have been a more polite option. Specially after telling him that i am fluent in 6 different languages. He insisted “only German” and the conversation ended.

True professionals! After visiting other stores in Munich with tables for 3k+ with not solid wood and careless attitude of staff, this store was a breath of fresh air! We got a very good consultation where every aspect of the table was explained to us. It’s fully customisable and you can choose your furniture by the cm. And the furniture is so well designed. Their very heavy tables could be extended by a child. All parts are so easily extended and moved, you don’t feel the weight at all! Unfortunately we were looking for an extendable round table and they don’t have it, but we’ll keep the store in mind for other furniture we want to purchase. They definitely left a very good impression on us, thank you!

We've had the great pleasure to do business with Frohraum, and the company from the very first second made a very impressionable and proper view on us. The representative Mr. Binsack especially made a lasting impression on us in that he guided us professionally towards our dream setup, all the while retaining a super courteous and forthcoming attitude that many businesses can only dream of these days. It comes to no surprise that we most certainly will return to complete our setup and renovation efforts in Munich with Frohraum, and I wish the company all the best of success and good customers for the years to come! Let's do it the right way, let's do it this way :)
