Hat meine anfängliche rosacea nicht diagnostiziert und mir einfach Nivea Kreme empfohlen. Flop, würde ich keinem empfehlen

Kompetente Hautärztin die sich mit der aktuellen Forschungslage und Medikation für schwere chronische Hautkrankheiten auskennt. Sie verschreibt die korrekte Medikation wenn diese indiziert ist. Man sollte annehmen, dass das bei allen Hautärzten der Fall ist, aber leider kennen sich bei schweren Fällen erstaunlich wenig Ärzte aus oder verschreiben moderne Medikation aus anderen Gründen nicht ("Praxisbudget"). Wer in dieser Lage war und schon im Kreis geschickt worden ist, versteht was ich sage. Ich bin vor einigen Jahren auf Empfehlung eines anderen Arztes zu Dr Ghane gewechselt und so blöd es klingt, ich könnte wirklich vorher-nachher Bilder als Werbung machen, so unglaublich hat sich mein Zustand verbessert. Die lange Wartezeit würde ich jedem ans Herz legen der in dieser schweren Lage ist, es lohnt sich wirklich.

Frau Dr. Ghane ist eine hervorragende Ärztin – geduldig, einfühlsam und sehr gründlich bei der Untersuchung. Sie nimmt sich wirklich Zeit für ihre Patienten und hört aufmerksam zu. Zwar sollte man etwas Wartezeit einplanen, doch das nehme ich immer gerne in Kauf, weil ich weiß, dass sie sich auch für mich ausreichend Zeit nimmt. Eine Ärztin, die man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

Die Ärztin an sich ist top und wirklich zu empfehlen. ABER: am Empfang wird man nicht gerade mit Freundlichkeit erschlagen, die Wartezeiten sind teilweise exorbitant (unter anderem weil ewig am Empfang geratscht wird!!), man vergibt Termine um 9 Uhr und die Ärztin kommt um 9.30 Uhr ganz entspannt zur Türe rein spaziert. Gute Praxisorganisation sieht für mich anders aus...

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Obwohl ich früher bereits Patientin in der Praxis war, wurde ich nach mehreren beschwerdefreien Jahren einfach als „neue Patientin“ abgelehnt. Am Telefon wenig Verständnis und keine wirkliche Bereitschaft, nach einer Lösung zu suchen oder zumindest eine Warteliste anzubieten. Schade, besonders wenn man früher eigentlich zufrieden war.
