I stayed at the 4 points Sheraton for ESC. The staff there understand what hospitality means and takes it to the next level.. they are very kind thoughtful and caring. I was comparing notes with my colleagues who stayed there too and we all had the same treatment .. shout out to the whole team some if the them I couldn’t get their names but Kevin st the bar was outstanding very warm and top notch. The chef is cooking with love as he kindly framed it :) and Mourad at the front desk made sure all is good everyday and knew our needs . Marc also at the front desk also was very good. Overall wonderful experience I would stay there again for sure

Great stay! We loved our spacious corner room and the delicious breakfast. The AC didn't work too well, but the fresh breezes from the windows at night cooled down the room.

I stayed here for the ESCMID conference 2026. The service was amazing. The staff were so kind, welcoming, supportive and friendly, especially Ali on the front counter. If you looked up great service you’d see a picture of this man! He always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything. The rooms were kept nice and clean, the pillows were comfortable and had different thickness and sizes to support your needs. The hotel had a small gym, good enough to get a workout in, the equipment was brand new. My only qualm would be that there wasn’t enough there to do a detailed workout. They also had a sauna which was great. The location was great for the messe conference (8-10 euro and 5-10 mins away depending on traffic) but a little far from the city centre (20-30 mins away). But taxis are easily accessible. The food on site was great and Imed and Sayed were great lads, had good banter and spoke multiple languages! Overall I had a great stay and if I were to attend another conference at the messe I would stay again. Big shout out to the rest of the staff that made our stay great and memorable: Thomas, Emma, Marwin, Mourad and Nilofur.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice because of their excellent service. The warm hospitality of the staff is the main reason I came back the second time. The reception team speaks English very well, which makes communication easy, and they even helped me arrange taxi bookings — awesome service! We booked a room with breakfast included, and I’m really glad we did. The bread is freshly prepared every day, the coffee machine works perfectly, and the fruits and juices are very refreshing. Not to forget, the staff in the restaurant are also very helpful and friendly. Super! I visited during winter, and the heating system kept the room nice and warm. The hotel is conveniently located near several shops and places for refreshments. Despite nearby offices, the area remains quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Munich–Dornach area.

I got an upgraded room, don't know how the regular ones look, but the room was very large and comfortable, microwave, mini fridge, stove top, coffee maker, motor blinds. It looked freshly remodeled and yes, as some folks say here, there were some details likely left unfinished, but who cares. The major thing differentiating this hotel from the others is the staff. Amazing; from the front desk, to the bar or breakfast staff, all are excellent, friendly, willing to deliver whatever is needed or requested by customers. Outstanding. By the way, breakfasts are great. Location is convenient to visit one of the many companies in the area or take a short bus or taxi ride to Messe Muenchen.
