Hotel B&B, Yesterday a booking with your hotel was cancelled FREE OF CHARGE in agreement with the hotel. Yet this morning your hotel tried to charge me in full not once BUT TWICE in what was a clear case of deliberate fraud.l I want an explanation for this before I report Hotel B&B to hotel regulators and Verbraucherschutz for this.

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel, where I booked and stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and far below acceptable standards. From the first night, the room was unbearably cold. I reported this problem to the reception, but was told that the temperature was fixed and could not be adjusted. Later, another member of staff tried to change the temperature; however, the heating system still did not work. Furthermore, the air conditioning filter was very dirty, clearly indicating a lack of proper maintenance. When I asked for an extra blanket due to the cold, I was informed that none were available. The pillows in the room were also damaged and unusable. When I complained about this, I was again told that no replacements were available. The quality of the breakfast was very poor. This was a pretty easy spot for Oktoberfest located about 10 minutes walk from the train that will get you anywhere around Munich. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. They have inexpensive and good pizza for sale up at the front desk along with a nice bar and seating area where I chatted with a lovely group of random travelers. Room was spacious enough for us two.

The location would usually be good, but I didn’t realize that the main train line that goes to the nearest station was under construction so getting here as of now is a bit more inconvenient. No fault of the hotel but want to let people know so they know to double check when booking. As for the hotel itself, it is conveniently located about half a mile (less than 1km) from the train station and there are bus stops all around if you’re comfortable using the bus system. There are also a number of shops within less than half a mile (<1km) to get snacks, food for breakfast, essentials you forgot, etc. The room was clean, and the AC was VERY appreciated since it was hot out when I visited. The workers were friendly and helpful and check in and out were convenient and easy. The WiFi offers strong service throughout your stay, and I felt very safe, which, as a young woman traveling alone, I really value.
