Not for tourists as they turn you away at the door. Different type of discrimination.

As a tourist, I had a rather poor experience at FoodHub München. I went in hoping to buy some local snacks and specialty products, but I was met by a very dismissive employee at the door because I was not a member. I understand the idea behind a member-driven concept, but the way it was handled felt very exclusionary. There was no attempt to have a dialogue about what I actually wanted to buy. If the staff had asked, they would have found out that I only intended to buy a few sweet local snacks — not fill up a shopping cart. Honestly, it seems like an unnecessarily rigid approach. They could easily have a small selection available to visitors or tourists, so the place does not come across as closed and dismissive toward people who are genuinely interested in local products and the concept.

You've to sign up with 100 bucks to become a member, work at the place as a volunteer and you get to buy at the place at subsidized prices. Well good luck to them!

Only members, one day I was allowed in, next couldn’t anymore, some interesting things, prices a little too high also not big offer of products, many things that had only one or two days before they go bad. But concept is interesting
