FLORALE WELTEN SO HOME

Such a cute home shop - especially with all the Christmas decor! We bought some stuff but didn’t want to carry it around with us all day so the lady kindly let us keep it there until the next day. Very reasonably priced too. Would recommend for homeware and gifts!

We saw the place listed as a great place to order a bridal bouquet, and got there 10 minutes before closing time to order a bouquet for the day after. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Although we were basically ordering last minute, they tried their best to accommodate what we wanted in terms of color scheme and types of flowers. We were really satisfied with the flowers and would come back to order in case of other occasions.

This is not only the most beautiful floral unique boutique I have been to in Berlin, but the specialists there are extremely helpful, friendly, and replied to my special requests with thoughtfulness. They arranged a gorgeous Easter bouquet and also found rare plants for me at the flower market. I gave them the freedom to design with a bit of feedback what I was looking for - and they produced amazing results. I was not disappointed and will definitely not only use them for future orders, but can happily refer them to my friends. Their boutique is also not only a flower service but a shop, so you can find great furniture, home decor, and other seasonal items! Thank you so much, I give my personal first time impression with Florale Welten "five stars" in service, product assortment, and overall atmosphere.

Ordered flowers via mail and paid with PayPal to send my girlfriend flowers. I'm very happy with the wonderful results :)

5 reasons why you should not buy anything from them : 1) cheating and misleading - I have ordered 5 orchids of 20cm tall and wedding bouquet with white & pink flowers. I received 5 orchids 5 cm tall and bouquet without even one white flower - I will upload images as a proof. 2) not professional - when I called and complained about it, I was told that this is what I ordered (they didn’t know I took picture) and I can pass by to take 10 eur from their shop. On my wedding day ! What an insult! 3) poor quality - some flowers in the bouquet and buttonhole were old, browned and not fresh , you could see that even from distance. 4) poor service - nobody apologized to me for delivery of the wrong order , day before my wedding I was lied to in my face and insulted . 5) not honest - lied that there is no discount until I showed them their own flyer stating 10% discount which was on their door! So if you missed it - no discount , if not - you got 10% ! So cheap so sad .
