Every other week I by myself roses in the flower shop next to my place. My favorite ones are red roses from Ecuador. They last for at least a week, mostly even longer. On the day before st valentines I bought some roses again, but due to high demand there were only some other red roses available. And they turned out to be not good. I thought maybe I’m not taking care of them right, and asked today out of curiosity what shall I do so that roses do not fall on the next day. And he shared that it was just the day when the deliveries are at mass production for such popular day like st valentines. So he just didn’t have luck for good roses on that day, as it’s nearly impossible to get them due to high demand. And as a moral compensation he gave me 2 more roses. 🌹 Thank you for taking care of the customer experience and aiming to source good quality flowers!

I loved the bouquet was made for me ❤️. He was super nice and friendly. The shop is really fresh and nicely decorated. The best flower shop I’ve visited in Berlin till now.

Very polite and super nice! They took care of my dog while I was choosing the flowers for my girlfriend! They have very beautiful and fresh flowers and they care on what you want! It made my girlfriend super happy! 🥰

I really liked the friendly owner, the atmosphere in the store and the final bouquet that has been individually made. You feel yourself valuable as a customer. This is a rare thing in Berlin and that‘s why even more valuable for me. I am a neighbour of this store but has never been inside. I will definitely be there more often, also to buy some nice flowers for home. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 🫶
