Despite being unable to speak German, the cashier was very friendly and spoke perfect English. They even remembered when calling my number to also call it English, which I thought was very thoughtful. Of course, the food is great. I love their bacon cheeseburger and the little fries are more than enough for one person - really a "very little" would be appreciated since it is still a lot! The location was right near a U station and it was very clean. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a tasy burger!

The best or what?!!! I wanted to visit and see what the hype was about, and you guys! It's right. So good. The milkshake.!! I saw them putting blood red patties on the girl. The girl at the kasse was so nice and welcoming, she explained everything to me. May be the price is a bit high, but I think it's worth it.

Good burger, great fries, but the showstopper was the Pistachio shake. They have huge indoor seating area and outdoor seating as well. They have veggie cheese burger also. Otherwise limited options with all Beef burgers

The hamburger and the hot dog were tasty but the buns are too mushy!. Now a year later, we tried the restaurant again. The fries were cold again, the burger was okay and we were very disappointed that the drink machine wasn’t upstairs anymore! Besides, the prices are very high- far too much for a fast food restaurant!!

Honestly, I don't get the hype about this chain. The ingredients are freshly prepared as is their claim, you can watch the staff work on each order. Portions are filling, burger toppings customisable, free refill of soft drinks and ketchup etc. at the stations. Staff was friendly, service quick. Yet the quality and taste in my opinion is just mediocre for a pretty high price (you can easily spend 15-20€ on a meal). You can get much better ground meat at the butcher's for a much lower price for example. And there are many better chains in North America than Five Guys (which actually isn't that popular there). Burger bread was rather stale, soggy, and fell apart when eating just minutes after getting my meal. The overall concept is rather simple with burgers in aluminium foil, fries in a paper cup independent of you take out or eat in. Interior design feels more like a hospital or ward than a restaurant. Cleanliness could be improved, there were leftovers from burgers etc. on every table.
