About Fit Im Tal

Fit Im Tal is a physiotherapie in München, Bayern. It is listed at Tal 6, 80331 München-Altstadt-Lehel, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Choosing a practice, dentist or pharmacy is about trust and convenience: check the opening hours, whether the practice takes new patients (most want a Termin, booked by phone or through Doctolib), whether it treats statutory (gesetzlich) as well as private patients, and whether the staff speak English. Bring your Versichertenkarte; without cover you pay the full amount. Outside surgery hours dial 116 117 for the on-call doctor, and in an emergency 112 for an ambulance.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 7 am–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 089 24214999. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, fit-im-tal.de.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 70 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded physiotherapie & osteopathie in München.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had the privilege of being treated by Lili from Fit Im Tal. My problems include pain in both shoulder joints, lower back pain, and very stiff muscles around the neck that contribute to regular headaches. I went to Fit Im Tal with no previous experience of being treated by an osteopath, but after Lili's treatment I felt immediate relief from pain, increased shoulder mobility, and my headache was much less pronounced. Lili explained everything to me in a calm and professional manner. I am very grateful! Best wishes, Hoger

Fit Im Tal is my first choice for osteopathy and physiotherapy. I am happy to accept 70 km of travel every time, because the quality of the treatment is above average! I particularly like the holistic approach and the search for the "real" causes of the complaints, so that not only the symptoms are worked on, but a long-term and sustainable improvement is sought. Although many professional athletes and sports teams are among their patients, even as a "normal" patient with back pain, you never feel like a second class patient. I have never had bad experiences and have already recommended Fit Im Tal to many friends and colleagues, who also feel that they are in very good hands there.
