There is NO AC. Just for you to know. The room itself is nice. Had no issue at all except the bugs and the mosquitoes all over🫠 You need to open the window cuz it’s hot but the mosquitoes will kill you. The staff are AMAZING! Especially the two woman (Indian woman that were so nice to me and gave me chocolate cuz I was on my period.) love love them so much! And the woman with the short hair in the reception that was so professional and nice to me. Always smiling. Thanks to the staff that made my stay good. Thanks a lot🙏🏼💜

Left because the owner suggested we should not complain if something disappeared We would like to share our experience regarding our recent stay, as several issues affected both our comfort and our sense of safety. During breakfast, the buffet remained half empty for more than one hour. Basic items, including water, were not refilled. When we politely asked if water could be refilled, the staff reacted in a rude manner and accused us of speaking to them disrespectfully, which was not the case. This left us feeling unfairly treated. Our room also had maintenance problems, including a shower head that barely worked. With temperatures above thirty degrees, this was especially inconvenient. When we contacted the supervisor after being hung up on by the same receptionist from the morning, we were offered a room change and a refund for breakfast. We also explained that we felt insecure leaving our belongings in the room after the incident. The supervisor offered us the option to cancel the entire stay. We initially decided to stay and give the hotel another chance. However, when we informed the owner of our decision, she told us that if we stayed, we should not return the next day a

Coffee Fellows Hotels are always a good idea! It’s not located centrally, but the center is easily accessible via public transportation. Room+breakfast was cheap compared to other franchises in similar locations. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need for a citytrip/short stay. Big advantage; Coffee Fellows is downstairs and therefore always good coffee!
