For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 4:30–6:30 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

I had a great experience with Fahrschule König. I had my training sessions with Mr. König. He is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. He was always available to provide classes at convenient times. I learned a lot under his guidance. I highly recommend this driving school.

Great experience. Passed my test in the first try (transferring license from another country). My instructor Rebecca was super helpful, explained everything very well & tried her best to train me in complex situations. Overall, highly recommend it.

I recently passed my driving exam and I’m so grateful to Fahrschule König GmbH for all their support! As someone who needed training in English, I really appreciated that they offered lessons in English and guided me through the entire process step by step. A special thanks to my instructor, Rebecca, who was extremely patient and dedicated. She taught me useful tricks for parallel parking and took extra effort to explain left turns, which was my weak point—she even drew pictures to help me understand better! What I loved most was that they were not strict about the class timing; they often went overtime at no extra cost to make sure I fully understood the concepts. I highly recommend this driving school to anyone looking for professional and supportive training!
