Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit meiner Ausbildung hier. Das Büro ist top erreichbar. Ein riesiges Lob geht an Filiz: Sie antwortet immer super schnell auf alle Nachrichten! Die Organisation der Fahrstunden war extrem unkompliziert. Ich habe problemlos Termine bekommen und konnte sogar fünf Tage am Stück fahren. Mein Fahrlehrer Serkan war einfach klasse. Er ist wahnsinnig geduldig, kann alles super erklären und hat mir die Angst vor dem Fahren genommen. Vielen Dank dafür! Ein wichtiger Tipp für alle Fahrschüler: Geht direkt in die Filiale nach Berg am Laim, wenn ihr in der Nähe wohnt! Ich hatte anfangs den Fehler gemacht, zur Zentrale an der Quiddestraße zu gehen, nur weil es online als Zentrale markiert war. Deswegen musste ich meine Prüfungsfahrt in Perlach machen. Spart euch den Umweg und meldet euch gleich in Berg am Laim an! Ich kann diese Fahrschule in Berg am Laim (und besonders Serkan und Filiz) jedem nur ans Herz legen!

I want to be fair: I really liked my teacher Samil, who could also switch to English when needed, he was very exact and engaged in his teaching style and explained the rules clearly. I could pass the exam the first time with him. Communication with Selina was always pleasant as well — she truly understands what good customer service and polite, warm communication mean. She also always went extra mile to remind of the exam time, the location,etc. She has to be the leading person in that office and then people would love to join the school. If I were her manager, I would give her promotion now. There are some other people in the office whose names I don’t want to mention, but I am sure management can identify them through the WhatsApp messages. I had several conflicts with them during communication. She even forgot to highlight to me the location for the theory exam and I by mistake went to the school instead of TUV and I had to pay again more than 100 euro to do the exam next time. Anyone who goes there pays at least 1,000–2,000 euros, so I strongly recommend that they improve their processes and customer service. So the guy Barry calls me and shows attitude for not showing up months ago while I did. You should know better if I showed up or not. Definitely not gonna go there at all.

Be careful! This is definitely one of the worst driving schools in Munich! Most good instructors already leaved the school since the administration is extremely chaotic. Moreover: - My instructor wanted as many driving hours as possible although I had a foreign driving license. Till last minute they will still want to convince you to schedule more and more lessons.. - They arranged the driving exam in a different exam area (Garching not Unterhaching) and changed the date one week before the exam. (They want you to pay more money to get the best exam spots) - The instructor I had never showed me some basic tasks in the exam (example: Gefahrbremsung,..) which everyone most probably would have to do in the exam. As summary, I can write a book to tell about the chaotic and stressful experience and the money I had to pay for useless lessons.. I recommend you to go to somewhere else if you don’t want to loose you money and time.

Totally not recommended. They don't have enough practical exam slots, I had to wait 6 complete months after finishing my last driving lesson to get my exam slot and by that time I had already forgotten a lot of rules and had to repeat the practical practice all over again and offcourse the charges were all on my check. They are also not helpful and all the time saying that you are on the waiting list but, you can stay for long months on the waiting list. Last but not least, they are unorganized, they booked me an exam slot but, after reaching the TUV they register someone else name so, I couldn't take the exam at that day.
