Giant rooms, we had two rooms, was five travelling (three children). Slow bar, took a really long time to order three cokes and a beer, but other than that, it was a great hotel with free parking. A bit from the city center, but close to the highway, not noticible from the rooms.

Hotel is in industrial area. Parking is free and there is a lot of space. It is quite but almost nothing around. Hotel restaurant is close for evening time and gym is also closed. The reason for my low rating is due to a extremely strange experience. One night during my stay at midnight time hotel staff opened my door and asked me, if they can come in to check the bathroom, because the room below had an emergency due to water. Although I understand the desire, it is absolutely no go to open the guest‘s room door at midnight without knocking on the door or making a call first. This makes me feel so unsafe. Although the staff excused himself afterwards and acknowledged that, it was totally inappropriate, I will never come back again.

I had a week-long business trip to Fürth and booked the Excelsior Hotel Nürnberg because it was a Radisson property and conveniently located near my office. While the proximity to the office was satisfactory, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. The only redeeming feature was the bus stop right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to the city center. However, the hotel’s amenities were severely lacking. There were no basic items like an electric iron, a stand, a refrigerator, shampoo, or lotion. The hotel staff was unprofessional and disorganized. The front desk only contacted the owner at 6 AM, which was quite inconvenient. Breakfast started at 7 AM, but the lack of a proper system meant that the staff couldn’t even check if guests had already paid. Overall, I had a terrible experience at the Excelsior Hotel Nürnberg Nürnberg Fürth and will not be staying there again.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE & MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD – INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT! ​Rating: ⭐ (1/5) ​I am writing this in a state of absolute shock and fury. I had a booking at Excelsior Hotel Nürnberg Fürth for 2 nights and extended it for a 3rd. Upon returning late at night, my key card failed. The receptionist then informed me that they COULD NOT OPEN my previous room where all my belongings—including my PASSPORT—are currently locked. ​This is not just a service failure; it is a CRITICAL SAFETY AND SECURITY RISK. ​Safety: What if there was a fire or a medical emergency? The fact that the night staff and the hotel system cannot access a room in their own building is a violation of basic safety regulations. ​Security: My legal documents and personal property are being held "hostage" because of their technical incompetence. If I had a flight tonight, I would be unable to leave the country because of this hotel. ​To make matters worse, there is NO MANAGER on-site and the staff is completely useless in providing a solution. They simply refused to open the door, offering no alternative other than waiting. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a supposedly "professional" hotel.
