This review is for the Audi A5 we rented last year in November. I booked and paid for the car in June 2025 to be picked up in November 2025. We had planned a week long road trip to Dusseldorf and wanted to enjoy Autobahn and German countryside. On arrival, we were told they dont have any Audi and the best they can do is a Diesel Tiguan. After long discussions, they managed to get a station wagon from another store, not what we ordered but close enough. By then we had lost over 3 hours and messed up the plans for the day. I don't understand whats the point of booking something, paying for it months in advance????

Staff was very friendly and suggested us all the good add ons that will help us and recommended us to remove the add ons that would not benefit us. Gave us many practical tips and suggestions. Car was clean and in very good condition, as always! Good experience!

Do not rent here! They will give you dirty car. That's not a big deal, but one of those dirt spot is scratch. When you return car, they scan license plate and go directly to one dirt spot. Here is scratch, pay 500 €. Total scam. Do not use Europcar! My mistake was that I didn't take photos of every dirt spot from really dirty cat.

Service is very smooth and the cars are generally in good condition. There is also a car wash station inside, so the cars are regularly cleaned. Most of the time there is no queue, which makes pickup and return quite easy. Even though there are cheaper alternatives around, I still prefer this branch because overall I am satisfied with the experience. I did have two negative experiences before: • There is a weekend pickup fee (I think after 12:00 midday) of around €22. I didn’t know about it, and unfortunately the clerk accidentally charged me twice. I noticed it immediately and mentioned it right there. He accepted the mistake, but said refunds cannot be processed at the branch and I had to contact support via email. • The second issue was about pickup timing. My pickup and return times were set to exactly the same hour on different days. I arrived around 20 minutes early for pickup because I happened to arrive early, and later noticed I had been charged an additional day (Zusatztag) just because of those 20 minutes. The clerk did not mention this during pickup. I was surprised by the high deposit amount and even asked if it was all deposit, and he confirmed it was. If he had to

Very friendly staff and I have been very satisfied with their vehicles (I usually get them for company travel). Unfortunately, I haven‘t been able to ever reach anyone on the telephone when I try to call the place, and last time I was told they would call me before picking up the vehicle, which didn‘t happen because they just showed up all of a sudden, which would have been suboptimal had I been walking my dogs and been out just then. Otherwise, I can‘t complain about anything, everyone is always really friendly and helpful.
