They made small portions and didn't clean spoon when changing tastes. They also give possibility for a child to try mint ice-cream, because we where not sure will like it. In othe cafes it is offered even without asking

I was extremely disappointed by my experience here. I had researched this shop before visiting and was genuinely excited to try the sorbet. After purchasing my sorbet, I took a photo of the flavor display inside the shop, which is a completely normal thing for customers and tourists to do. An employee immediately began yelling at me, accusing me of taking photos I was not allowed to take. I explained that I was simply taking a picture of the ice cream flavors, but he continued to raise his voice, demanded that I delete the photo, and even wanted to see my phone to verify it had been deleted. The entire interaction was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely unnecessary. This is a highly touristy area where people take photos every day. If there is a policy regarding photography, it should be communicated politely and professionally—not through yelling at paying customers. What should have been a fun stop for a treat became one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had while traveling. The employee’s behavior put a damper on the rest of my afternoon and evening. The sorbet was not good because of the way I was treated completely overshadowed the experience.

Perfect treat to walk through the cobbled streets of Köln with. Fresh, flavourful gelato is just a great way to finish a meal in the centre, or after a few Kölschs.

Just love this place and the friendly service. Great ice cream, great beer, litlle price and close to the center and river. Just a must do! You have n't seen Köln if you have not been to this place. Second time already! 😆

Nice and polite staff. Very good location, it’s near the Rein river. Good quality ice cream, but a bit creamy.
