I thought the ice cream was good, and there flavors were varied and interesting.

If I could give zero stars I would. Visited yesterday and had to leave because the staff member with brown hair kept repeatedly making racist noises and attempts to humiliate my friend who is not European. It’s my first time seeing someone explicitly racist and when my friend confronted him - he pretended to not understand and laughed with his colleague and dismissed us. It was a really upsetting experience and such a shame.

the staff was so fast and friendly despite the fact that it was very busy. Delicious ice cream at a good price!

The best ice-cream in the Cologne city (believe me, i tried almost every highly rated icecream place in Cologne). Dunkel Schokolade+Pistaccio --> Perfect combo! Highly recommend!
