I received great service at this garage, I had a problem with my suspension while on a trip to Munich. I enquired with the garage to check if they could book my car in to have the repairs completed as I needed my vehicle repaired for the return journey back to the UK. I was very grateful that Christian spoke very good English as my German is very limited. The communication was excellent and the quality of the replacement parts are fantastic. If you are local or a foreigner, I would recommend this garage for their services, communication and approachability. Thank you again to the staff of Eichele.

Didn’t fix the original problem and introduced a new one. The next day after they perform an inspection, the car became not drivable. And they wanted another 400 euros to get it fixed. For replacement of detail which costs 80 euros they wanted 800.
