(Edit) Despite answering below, they have not responded to the email or registered letter 👎😭. The rat infestation continues and all this with a 2 month old baby. (Original) The Our apartment building has a rat infestation for over 3 months with no action from management despite multiple neighbors alerting them to the problem.

This is a scam company! I live in Hamburg and I’ve had 2 floods in my apartment in the span of 1 year because the building’s kitchen sewage fills up and comes through my kitchen sink. This has not been resolved and I put a lot of my own time, money, and effort to solve it the first time and EB didn’t react even after the Mieterverein contracted them. Now another sewage pipe broke in my kitchen wall and flooded the Keller (I live in the ground floor). They have opened a wall in my kitchen and temporarily closed the hole which is still leaking and have left it exposed. That was 3 weeks ago and they haven’t given me a clear answer whether they will fix it. In the Keller they put a mattress to absorb the dirty sewage water located !!!in front of the electricity room!!! Making it not only a health but also a fire hazard. Avoid renting through them at any cost.

They don't care about their tenants at all. For more than three weeks, they haven't done anything to arrange the collection of the garbage bins.

Thanks for the basically free rent and the dilligent cleaning maid. Didn't find the pan-asian cuisine quite to our taste (way too spicy) but the balcony views are spectacular.

Since 2 weeks we don't have hot water in the Appartment. I requested that we have a small children and cold water is too cold so not possible to take shower!! I understand that this problem is not considered as emergency issues. But waiting for 2 weeks it's not fair. If i paid regularly "Warmmiete" then i hope and assume that i get hot water in the apartment ASAP. Gastherme is defeated and hopefully they will replace it soon.
