Frau Dr. Hundegger überzeugt nicht nur durch ihre außergewöhnliche weitreichende fachliche Kompetenz, sondern auch durch ihre herzliche, empathische und respektvolle Art. Gleich, ob ich Kassen- oder Privatpatientin bin, sie nimmt sich immer Zeit, hört aufmerksam zu und ist klar und stringent in ihren Behandlungsvorschlägen, wobei sie die bestmögliche Behandlung gemeinsam mit mir wählt. Besonders schätze ich, dass sie auch komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich erklärt und in angrenzenden medizinischen Fachgebieten einen großen Erfahrungsschatz und sehr viel Wissen hat. Ein langjähriger Freund und Arzt hat mir Frau Dr. Hundegger für meine jährlich notwendige Gastroskopie empfohlen. Einen Termin bekam ich schnell. Am Tag der Untersuchung war die Wartezeit zwar ein wenig lang, doch das nehme ich gern in Kauf. Durch meine multiplenKrankheiten bin ich bei sehr vielen Ärzt*innen. Selten bin ich dabei auf jemanden getroffen, der/die sich so sorsam meine Historie angehört hat. Sie hat sich dafür viel Zeit genommen. Mit ihrer außergewöhnich wohltuenden, einfühlsamen Art hat sie es sofort geschafft, eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre aufzubauen. Die Vorbereitung zur Untersuchung war auch total dem Patienten zugewandt und ich war total überrescht, daß schon alles vorbei war,als ich aus meinem leichten Dämmerschlaf wieder aufwachte. Ich bin froh, diese Ärztin gefunden zu haben.

A really rude woman in the reception. Twice hung up on me, saying „I don‘t understand you“. I have upper-intermediate German, and I really trying to speak. Give me at least a chance( So sad

She was so kind, nice, warm and speaks perfect English. Arzthelferinen were all sooo nice too. I think I never had such a nice experience in clinic in Germany.
