I’m speechless at the treatment I’ve had in this praxis. The frau dr is really super nice and I’m so sorry to have to part ways as she was really my favourite. I arrived today at 10:20 and was seen at 10:30 (so waiting times were good). I had hypoallergenic injection and Dr. said I could leave at 11:05. The woman at reception must have messed up the times and made a fuss because she said the 30 min were not up. I insisted I was given the green light by the doctor. And then suddenly came the male doctor and started screaming ballistic at me that I had to wait 30 min without bothering to check what really happened. I said the doctor had told me I could go. He then shouted he is the chef and the doctor was his wife. And that one does as he says. Then went on to shout at his wife. Such man don’t belong in a developed country in my opinion. But he is free to lead his praxis as he might see fit, without patients like me.

Really couldnt recommend this doctors any higher. I've struggled for months to get an appointment at a dermatologist in Nuremberg, I was eventually referred to this clinic to be assessed for phototherapy and they had me in within a week. The receptionists are always super kind and friendly and go out their way to help. Ive started regular treatment and was worried about the impact this would have to work but they always have me in and out seamlessly in 5 minutes making it really easy. The doctor really listened to my issues and spent a lot of time with me to make sure she gave the right treatment/medicines and I felt really well cared for. I usually find doctors very daunting - especially as I don't speak any German, but everyone here has made such a huge effort to make me feel welcomed and speak with me in English, really excellent

This is the worst clinic you can go, the waiting list is ridiculous and when I had my first appointment with doctor Birte Dethloff she told me from the beginning she doesn’t have to much time for me. Would like to mention that I’ve waited for 6 months for this appointment. Ridiculous!

Waiting time was understandable. (+-12min) Dr. Alpagut was really nice and speaks English fluently. Got my signal removed in 2min.
