This was one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional medical experiences I’ve ever had. I went to this doctor to ask about some blood test results that had been done at her practice, and she responded with visible irritation, as if my questions were a nuisance. Instead of explaining the results calmly and respectfully, she compared me to a broken car in a garage and spoke to me in a patronizing and almost aggressive manner. I felt belittled, disrespected, and completely dismissed. There was no empathy, and certainly no sense of professional care. A doctor’s role is not only to provide medical knowledge, but also to treat patients with dignity and compassion — none of which I experienced during that visit. I left the consultation feeling humiliated and deeply upset. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for respectful and supportive medical care.

I visited this practice while my Hausarzt was on winter vacation. I was seen to quickly and the reception staff were super friendly and kind. My experience with Dr Koch was excellent, I felt I was listened to and received excellent medical care. Would definitely recommend!

Yesterday was my first time there and as a first impression i would say NO! The doctor was excellent, nothing to say against him (very polite, a good listener and precise with his work). The receptionists were totally rude with me and took them so long to finish a simple thing because they were snapchatting meanwhile😣 First of all, i called them in order to make an appointment and i was told to come by any time i want until 12pm. Super flexible, nothing against until i found out that nothing really works on time there. As an international student living here, i am using the government agreement on social insurance (paying nothing) and by coincidence she couldn’t understand anything written there and told me to visit AOK again (luckily it’s not far away). At the end turned out that everything’s fine with my insurance and i “lost” half an hour going for- and backwards😐 Totally disappointing! P.S. It took me 1 and a half hour in there for a simple cough spray, and yes, i did miss my lecture😠
