I was having a cold and went to this practice since it was closer to home and my Allgemeinarzt was on holiday and given the reviews it seemed a good place to go. After a quick check the doctor gave me several medicine not compensated by insurance. I followed the treatment plan and instead of getting better I got worse! In the end I went to my usual Allgemeinarzt and was prescribed antibiotics since I had bronchitis! Wasted time and money in this practice.

This is our Hausarzt. Very kind and helpful.They speak very good English.He understands and diagnose very well if I have some health issues. We are very much satisfied with the Praxis.we don't have to wait for a long time for an appointment and the staffs are very kind and helpful. Booking an appointment is also very easy. We can either book with Doctolib app or by calling or sending an email. I always get immediate reply for any email I send. I suggest this Praxis for anyone who is looking for a friendly Praxis. Thank you so much!

I almost don’t want to leave this review because I’m worried the whole city will find out… but Joshua Darling truly deserves it. He’s one of the rare doctors who really takes the time to listen, think critically, and look beyond the standard checklist. His English is flawless, he’s empathetic, and he genuinely cares. Everything I hope for in a good physician. Every appointment, I feel heard, understood, and never rushed; which anyone familiar with the German medical system knows is a rare and precious thing. Massive shoutout as well to the front desk receptionist, she is absolutely wonderful! I once showed up a full week early for my appointment (calendar mishap; totally my fault), and she still managed to sneak me in before my vacation. Truly a lifesaver. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough, just please don’t all rush there at once!

Have been registered with Dr. Guggenmos for more than a year now. He is really empathetic towards his patients. He personally called the specialists to explain my condition and get appointments on two occasions. This was of great help especially as a foreigner.

I am extremely glad I came across this practice of Dr Johannes. Dr Johannes is empathetic, polite, and considerate. Even other people at the practice are extremely nice and sweet, like Julia and the lady that sits at the receptionist. I definitely would recommend them.
