The staff at the reception as well as the Rad-nurse were very accommodating, reassuring and friendly. The doctor, who was also very kind, informed me of the findings right after the procedure.

The receptionist was polite. It's first mammogram to me.The technicians were really kind and gentle,she supported me when I was nervous.the doctors were very prompt and nice. Perfect place.can get an appointment at the Internet and can check results on the Internet.

Unacceptable. The appointment is made, the approval is in the email, all documents filled in, I have to wake up early - just to come to the closed doors. I was not alone there, by the way. Please sort the appointment mess out! If you're going all digital (and that's the only way, as reaching the place by phone is only for those who're ready to spend a lifetime on this), then please make sure people get all the relevant information fully and in time.

"I give you no freedom to call me Gentleman - I am a Doctor" I unfortunately had an accident while traveling and had to do an emergency MRI. After performing the MRI, I was notified that I would have to pay on spot. I am a European citizen in the middle of a trip and with a private health insurance. I explained that I had no cash with me at the moment, but I wouldn't mind to perform a Bank Transfer straight away, in front of them, from my Swiss bank. They said they would only provide me with my results once the money arrived to the account - which would be in the next day. This was not a solution since my case is considered an emergency and I should return to the doctor straight away. After lots of conversation, the lady in the reception said called her manager. I explained the situation to the manager, with the following words. "Gentlemen, I don't mind paying this bill. I can pay it straight away - but even if I transfer this money from Switzerland right now, it will only appear in your account tomorrow." For that I got the following answer: ***"Don't call me gentleman, I don't give you this liberty. I am Doctor *name hidden* and you won't take your results until we have your
