I lived at Devisima Apartments Berlin for six months and had a really great experience. The location is excellent — very convenient and well connected. The service throughout my stay was consistently great, and everything was well organized and comfortable. What truly stood out were the managers at the reception. They are amazing — always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made my long stay feel easy and welcoming, and were always there whenever I needed assistance. I would highly recommend Devisima Apartments Berlin to anyone looking for a short- or long-term stay.

Very great living experience! Joshua was a huge help, he tackled every request and problem quickly and efficiently. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to DM and Rewe, and about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn. The furniture is new, and I especially love the lighting in the room. It’s also very quiet, which made my stay extra comfortable. I would definitely come back when moving back to Berlin!

I stayed at Divisima Apartments for 9 months. While most of the staff were kind, I had an extremely stressful and confusing experience during check-out. I was wrongly told that I had unpaid rent, which later turned out to be false. I received mixed messages and conflicting emails on my last day, right before an international flight. This left me deeply upset and disappointed. I kindly ask the management to contact me directly.

I rented an apartment from them in StrassburgerStr. in Berlin. The apartment was old and dusty, everything was falling apartment. The apartment was with mold and dirty. Even the curtain rail fell apart. Whenever I contacted them via Email or phone, they said they will come back to me, but they never did. After I moved out, they deducted my money without any kind of explanation or breakdown. Again I called and emailed for an explanation, which they promised to reply, they never did. I DO NOT recommend anyone renting apartments from this company. Stay away from them!

I've been living in Devicima Apartments for four months now, and I must say it's a super comfortable option for people who have just moved to Berlin and need temporary housing. I reside in an apartment at Rognitzstraße 8, which is convenient for me in terms of flexibility with extensions and move-in dates. I also want to express my appreciation for the work of the receptionists, who helped me quickly resolve many of my questions. And a special thanks to JD for their assistance in various situations.
