There is barely any information out there for the FSP, and it was really hard to find my footing, know what to prepare, or even figure out if what I was doing was right. I looked into a few courses in Berlin, but none of them were really convincing after speaking with them. Then I came across Deutsch Raum. I had a 10-minute conversation with Mr. Heilgeist before reserving the class, and it has honestly increased my confidence so much for the upcoming FSP. He runs exam-style cases, and we practice exactly what the real exam requires of us, along with all the Fachbegriffe, which I'm not a big fan of, but they are required, haha Today and tomorrow are my last classes for this course, and it has really helped me get on track. I now know exactly what my strengths and weaknesses are and the specific areas I need to improve on. I will forever be grateful, no joke. Thank you, Mr. Heilgeist and Deutsch Raum! :)

I recently passed my FSP in Munich on my first attempt, and I couldn’t have done it without Dr. Heilgeist. The preparation was demanding, with honest feedback and high expectations, but that’s exactly what made it so effective. He made sure we were prepared for every possible scenario, so there were no surprises on exam day. The course material was comprehensive, and the simulations were very realistic. He taught us how to stay organized, think clearly, and react quickly under pressure while answering medical questions. Thanks to his structured teaching, I felt well prepared and my exam went much better than I had expected. What I appreciate most is that the preparation didn’t just help me pass the exam, it also made me feel ready to start working. I highly recommend both the group course and the private lessons. Frank Heilgeist’s course was incredibly helpful and comprehensive, covering all stages of the FSP throughout the 4 weeks. I especially recommend this course as he is a doctor. This means he not only helps with the linguistic elements, but also provides detailed and relevant knowledge into the medical terminology and understanding to prepare for the clinical cases. He keeps the classes interactive and engaging and is easy to communicate with.

This FSP preparation course clearly exceeded my expectations. The program is highly structured, demanding, and very close to the real exam format, which helps build confidence and develop the necessary clinical and language skills. Each class feels like a realistic FSP simulation, with a strong focus on both medical communication and clinical reasoning. Dr. Heilgeist’s guidance throughout the course is outstanding. His experience, pedagogical clarity and attention to detail make a significant difference in the learning process. It is impressive how much knowledge one can gain in such a short time thanks to the organization of the course and its high standards.
