Perfect location and very friendly staff. If you have rental car drive there to unload luggage, then follow their directions to the parking garage within walking distance

Lovely greet, really friendly service and secure bike storage. Really friendly. Good explanations. Hotel was stunning in this UNeSCO heritage sight town. Room spacious. Location excellent! Enjoyed the hotel - great for a solo traveller or anyone.

The rooms are clean and nice, equipped with AC, touch controls for the lights. Room cleaning never checked to change towels or clean. We left the room between 11.30-12.30, maybe too late, but this is the first hotel where this happens. They mentioned they clean around breakfast time, which is very early for me personally (7.30-10.00 and during weekend 8.00-10.30). Breakfast was acceptable (very good fried egg and omelette, but the fruits / vegetables weren't very good quality and not always fresh, not a lot of variety). The hotel is in the centre of everything, very good locations. Windows seal the noise very well (outside it was very loud downstairs at around 11 - 12 pm and with the window closed there was complete silence in the room).

I had the most amazing room in this very historic hotel. I was on one of the top floors and my room was super cool - exposed brick and wooden beams, great view of the rooftops of the historic district. Great location for exploring the town. Service was friendly. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family.
