Everything was as good as advertised, the place, the food, the friendliness of the staff. I am gluten free and they ordered bread from the local bakery to serve my breakfast. To crown it all, we were blessed with the weather The only trouble was getting around to reach the hotel driving. But this is due to our inexperience of driving within the historical city. Many thanks for the wonderful two nights stay.

The hotel is in the very heart of the city. The room I had was very good, clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful. The only thing was that the property is located in the busy touristic vicinity. It made it inconvenient to get a taxi. We had to look for a pick-up place half a mile away

The only problem with my stay at this hotel was that it wasn't longer. I was there for two nights and it was pretty great. Large room and bath, good water pressure, plenty of hot water. EXCELLENT location (see the view of the square out the window) within easy walking distance of anything you'd like to see in this beautiful city. I need to make special mention of Nathale at the front desk. She happened to be there when I checked in and out as well as when I had questions during the visit. I had a couple of atypical requests and she was fantastic. Friendly, professional and very helpful. Everything you'd want from a hospitality worker.
