Fantastic massage with Mimmi or Somlok. Front desk could be kinder but the massage is too good as I can bother with front desk.

I had a great massage experience with Somlak who’s professional, kind and funny and so dedicated. And although I went in with severe muscle soreness, she identified the problem areas herself immediately and I left feeling amazing after struggling for a couple of days already. Easily the best massage I had in a long time. Thanks Somlak ❤️

UPDATE: After writing my honest review on Google (below) — which is my right as a customer — I received a call from the business threatening to contact the police and “show them a video” of us at the reception. I have nothing to hide and would be happy for them to show it, as we were completely respectful. We simply and politely asked the receptionist to lower her voice, which she refused to do. I come for a massage to relax, not to be disturbed by a raised voice from the reception area. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I stand by my feedback. ———————————— I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this place. The woman at the reception was extremely unprofessional, unwelcoming, and outright rude. Her voice was so loud right next to our massage room that it completely ruined the relaxing atmosphere we came for. When we politely asked her to lower her voice, she refused — something absolutely unacceptable in a massage center, where silence and calm should be the priority. Because of this, we decided to walk out before even starting our massage. This is not the level of service or respect that any customer should encounter.

The massage itself was good, but the reception experience left something to be desired. The woman at the front desk came off as a bit unwelcoming. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or something else, but it often made me feel as though I owed them money. I understand it’s “just a massage,” and I shouldn’t set my expectations too high; nonetheless, it feels like warmth and friendliness are in short supply.
