Geheimtipp fürs Grillen. Beste Spareribs ever - hier gibts die absolut saftigste Schälrippe die man für Geld bekommen kann. Ein wahrer Meister des Handwerks - mein Fleischermeister. Nur noch würzen - einschweißen - sous Video Vorgaren - scharf angrillen - zuletzt etwas Grillsoße drauf - mega saftig. Nr. 2 Geheimtipp gibts beim Meister Decker “Dicke Rippe” vom Ochsen: (eigentlich eine Suppeneinlage) 4kg Dicke Rippe - Salz Pfeffer Rosmarin - einschweißen dann Sousvide garen bei 60 Grad für 30 Stunden. Dabei wird das Fleisch wunderbar zart, die Gewürze könne voll einziehen und das Fett und Bindegewebe wird Geschmack pur, danach kurz und scharf auf dem Grill bei hoher Hitze anrösten. Das Ergebnis Mega saftiges Rindfleisch - neben dem Geschmack auch optisch der Wahnsinn - innen zart rosa - schmeckt … und lieber etwas mehr nehmen, dann bleibt auch was für einen Rindfleischsalat. Dank a den Fleischermeister Decker - da stimmt die Qualität.

I really like the Schnitzel here. The portion-cost rate is a little bit pricy for a student. Nevertheless, they are always fresh and tasty!

lady with the big nose, black pony tail: bad mouthes the customer right in your face “whispering” it to co workers when you don’t “step aside to keep distance” all while you were standing at the doorway with the mask on trying to keep *distance* from the 2 customers who were inside ordering. She said I need to “get out of the way” for the guy who was not even yet coming to the door. Don’t know if she is racist or unpleasantly rude, or both.

Incredibly friendly people who taught me how much 100g in meat looks like, how to order and etc. The product is delicious and the prices are great. You can also order hot food anytime.
