The smoothie was good, but unfortunately the overall experience wasn’t. We asked for a larger table for two people, but were seated at a very small table instead. Having breakfast together at such a tiny table was uncomfortable, especially since there was a larger table available that remained unused. No one offered to move us. Good food is important, but so is making guests feel comfortable. In this case, the seating arrangement really affected our experience. Because of that, I won’t be coming back. If you’re happy squeezing two people around a tiny table, you may not mind. But if you value a comfortable dining experience, I’d look elsewhere.

I was on holiday recently in Cologne and staying in a nearby hotel. I ate a healthy breakfast at the Cup of Sun every morning and it kept me going well into the afternoon. The restaurant is perfect for vegetarians and good value for money. The food is delicious, the portions generous and the coffee excellent. The decor is modern and bright and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They have menus in German and English.

Freshly made breakfast with incredibly brewed coffee and friendly staff! The brownies they had was the best brownie I have tried in my life. I wanted to give this place 3 stars because of the wait time for food(30-35 mins) but honestly, it was sooo worth it. Everything was super fresh and delicious.

I was looking for a nice place to have breakfast during my stay in Köln and I couldn't have found a better spot! Great place to sit, great service and the cakes are absolutely amazing. I asked which cake was their favourite and they said the carrot cake. Usually not what I would order myself, but I tried it anyway. And wow, one of the best cakes I had in my life! So fresh, so tasty, not too sweet. And a big portion as well. You can taste the love and that it's all homemade. Thanks for the recommendation and the great experience! I will be back.
