I came for a little birthday treat, and I was absolutely taken care of! Very friendly people, all types of people too - no space or room for feeling icky in your own skin, as everyone is there to have a restorative time and feel better! Very clean spaces, everything quality and centred around restoration, relaxation and wellness, warm and inviting. I had the Wellness package - thank you to Nicoletta for working her magic and turning my brain into stress-free soup! I'm sorry I wasn't able to chat more! The Serail sauna was absolutely wonderful (thank you saunameister Philip!), a completely different experience to what I was expecting. And as a Brit, naked saunas are absoutely not something I ever thought I would do, but there was something incredibly and deeply liberating and freeing about the entire experience. 4 hours simply wasn't long enough - next time, it'll be a full day... or two, or three... The only downside is that it can be confusing to know where to go (there is SO much to do!) - but there is always a very charming employee ready and willing to help you out, which more than makes up for it! Be sure to taste the mineral water in the fountain near the swimming pools. Very

One of the highlights of our trip to Cologne. The thermal pools are beautiful, relaxing, and well maintained, with plenty of different pools to enjoy. Our favorite was the circular current pool, which turns into a powerful “turbo river” at the top of each hour—so much fun! Cameras aren’t allowed inside. There are plenty of pools to enjoy in the swimsuit area and textile-free areas. We easily spent several hours here and would definitely return.

So I went here yesterday, the 4th of June. A public holiday in Germany, therefore rather crowded. The fist hour I was just confused by the reservation system... Not a fan of this. Every other sauna just serves on a first-come-first-served basis and that seems fine. Having to book, especially when you only have a few hours, is rather stressfull... Also, please provide some more explanation in English. I booked an aufguss in the Finnish sauna, only to find out there are two Finnish saunas and I was waiting at the wrong one... Eventually I was able to get into an aufguss at the Kelo sauna, which was one of the hottest and best aufgusses of my life. Well done...! The cool bath afterwards was great. Then I tried the salt bath. However the door didn't function and I had to get a member of the staff. He asked my number, so he could check if the system hadn't double charged me, and fix it, but he must have forgotten, as later I saw it had indeed double charged me (I had to explain this at the counter, where they eventually fixed it...). The salt bath was worth the extra €6, but I only stayed for 20 minutes. Why charge €6 for every visit, why not just access the whole day, so you can go o

The experience was amazing. It is a very good place to enjoy if you come few days at Cologne. The thermal bath is not too big, but some parts are funny. And the sauna space (swimsuits are forbidden) is absolutely relaxing, with an inside space and an outside space (say hi to the fellows in the cable car). The german sauna experience is very interesting, but challenging for beginners 😅 You have to book it in advance (at 2 pm for the 2:30 pm session, e.g.). I've paid a total amount of 39.50€ (26€ for 2 ½ hour + 5.50€ for the towel, and 8€ for the sauna). You pay at the end. You should take flip-flops and a second towel or a bathrobe. This place is mainly made for local users, everything is in German inside, without translation. Maybe a point to improve, though you can have a paper map in English, and the staff is helpful.

Lived this spa so very much the facilities are great so much to do including outdoor areas . Does pay you to watch the charge taken for the towels at a "deposit" of five pound each they suggest you take 3 towels . Turns out it's not a "deposit" as you don't get your money back so I'd advise to take your own . Other than that loved the place !
