Review 06/2023 - NO SALTY POPCORN ON A SUNDAY EVENING !! - long queue at the snack bar : around 30min (insufficient staff allocated for the volume of tickets bought) - absolutely no star for the cinema management (5 star for the staff present in the cinema) - opening times schedule changes EVERY WEEK!!! (staff being mainly students, so schedule is done based on their uni classes) - paying for movie tickets with cinestar vouchers = payment ONLY inside the cinema, as the voucher cannot be used online.. - significant prices changes for tickets& food...for example "5 entrance ticket" voucher in 2022 was 35 eur , now in 2023 is 40eur - even with a voucher, for 3D movies there is an extra 3 eur/person surcharge to be paid - before every movie starts, there is around 30min of products commercials/ads, followed by movie trailers (approx 10min)..so the actual movie starts after 40min of its scheduled time

This cinema is more modern like the other one in the city center and has more capacity as well. You can buy the tickets online in advance or downstairs in the building. The snack selection and drinks are okay the only thing that should be improved is the paying method. You can’t pay with VISA or any credit cards and it’s super annoying. The seats were comfortable and the restrooms are clean. Surprising fact: if you are watching a long movie like Avatar, you will have a break and you can have ice cream directly sold in the room. They come to your seat. Overall it’s an ok movie theatre.

Small theatre.. neat.. the one thing which was disappointed was...... We booked for 7.30pm show. But the show started at 8.10pm... it then it's full of advertisement. No break in between movies.

Really nice theater, staff is friendly, seats are comfy and it’s very clean!

Reservation got canceled because we were to late. In fact we were not, but only one counter was open an hour before show start. Prices more expensive than shown at the counter. Personell not particularly friendly. Update 16.09.22: Very friendly dude at the Snackbar who had his first day made our day. Thanks again, man. Unfortunately though, still no credit card payment possible, like as if management was stuck in last century, just disappointing. Update 29.10.23 Hall was not cleaned before our screening, garbage everywhere. The other people were talking very loudly, taking selfies etc. during the movie, typical Ingolstadt attendance and personell isn't doing anything about it.
