Very professional especially with expats, Here Dischinger and his team were very very smooth with me they spoke with me in English and in German and they guided me throught the process of handing over the apartment, the team was so sweet, welcoming open mind. They basically overcame what Germany struggles with : 1- DIGITIZATION: they had everything done digitally, no post no papers back and forth 2- inclusivity: they spoke some English when I was struggling with some German words 3- friendliness: wow, they have accomplished this with a smile. They have my full endorsement and I fully "empfehlen" this company for real estate works in Regensburg. Thank you people!
