David Alexander Karl ist jung, engagiert und dabei äußerst professionell. In der Zusammenarbeit merkt man sofort, dass er strukturiert arbeitet, zuverlässig ist und einen sehr klaren Blick für Immobilien hat. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir seine angenehme Art: Er hört aufmerksam zu, nimmt sich Zeit und erklärt Dinge verständlich, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Genau das schafft Vertrauen. Wir haben bereits mehrfach mit Maximilian Ottow zusammengearbeitet und dabei ist mir besonders aufgefallen, dass er seinen Beruf wirklich mit Leidenschaft ausübt. Man merkt sofort, dass er Freude daran hat, über Immobilien zu sprechen und Häuser mit Begeisterung zu präsentieren. Was für mich aber noch wichtiger ist: Max ist absolut zuverlässig, professionell und !!!vertrauenswürdig!!! Die Zusammenarbeit war jedes Mal sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Wir möchten und ganz herzlich für die Zusammenarbeit bedanken - vor allem bei Frau Hajzeraj! Die Arbeit mit ihr war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, wie unkompliziert und menschlich es laufen kann. Sehr angenehmer und professioneller Kontakt mit Herrn Karl und Herrn Ottow. Die Besichtigung war hervorragend vorbereitet, strukturiert und transparent. Beide haben sich viel Zeit genommen, das Objekt ausführlich zu zeigen und auch auf detaillierte Fragen offen und kompetent einzugehen.
