I came here to make my wedding ring smaller. The man who talked to us asked us which kind of gold is the ring (18kt) and he said that in 2-3 WEEKS the ring would be ready. Also, he asked me to confirm my email when I decided to proceed and on the mail It said that the ring would be ready max 29th of July. I asked him what was this date and he said they put it in case the ring takes long but to not worry because it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. Two weeks go by and nothing. The third week I went to the shop and I asked why my ring was not ready yet. Another man told me it usually takes up to 6 weeks (so amazing, different people working in the same place say different things). In the meanwhile I was waiting, I could not see the progress of my ring anymore in the email I received. After 5,5 weeks I got an email saying I could collect the ring. I went to the shop to find out they COULD NOT make my ring smaller because "IT IS 18KT". this is unbelievable and inexcusable. I have waited and wasted 5,5 weeks for NOTHING. Do not come here, there are smaller and not known shops that do the same job in 30 seconds.

We came to the store in Pasing in April one evening to check wedding bands, we have been told in a not so nice manner that it can only be done with appointment, we happily took the appointment and came back on the following days. We came exactly on time and had to wait then we started the process of trying the different rings selecting the material… the vibe though of customer service did not feel any good towards the prices we were about to spent. We ended up buying one super expensive solitaire ring and took the ID of the wedding bands to think about it and come back to do the order on a later time. Few weeks later, we came back on an evening with the ID of our configured rings towards 6:30Pm just to complete the purchasement. A lady that had an Eastern European family name told us in rude manner “I don’t work now “ knowing that we have been waiting for her to complete the discussion with a previous client for a while. We kindly tried to explain that we just want to buy and the configuration has already been done and she started shouting. Through all countries in the globe that I have been too, through all people I have dealt with I have never seen such behavior in my life. I m

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Went there yesterday to buy wedding rings. After waiting 20 minutes, the woman asked what do you want? (Rude) & when told what, said very loudly in front of other customers, in an annoyed tone, no, we need an hour. No apologies for waiting & wasting my time or offering an appointment in the future. Clearly she & the company do not want my money, her priority was to go home on time rather then business. (Still had 35 minutes before closing). Completely rude & unprofessional staff. Absolutely disgusting with the lack of basic customer service skills.

The Christ team in Munich - Pasing Arcades is really competent, professional, friendly but above all efficient. I will recommend to my friends and will come back again. Merci for this great service

I can totally understand why the reviews are so poor! I was there at 9.30am, clearly the first customer of the day, but was not greeted, worse, my presence was not even acknowledged! I was there to check out their golden earrings, asked for their attention, got it but rather unwillingly. I asked to try them on, tried a second pair, no comments, no suggestions, not interested to ask me what I was looking for. I thanked them for their lack of attention and left.
