Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.

Opening hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 am–2:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Tuesday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 089 99341983. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is bon-sai-garden.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 631 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded chinesisch, thai, vietnamesisch & indisch in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

My family loves this place. It is quite quiet, hence we like it. Good chinese food with friendly waiters. I would go again.

Finally! A real Chinese restaurant with authentic food. If you are looking for crispy noodles, you can find it here! Soups and main dishes taste really good. It's definitely worth a visit. This will now be my go-to Chinese restaurant even if I do have to travel 35 minutes by car. Love it!

We were not expecting to find such authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine here in Munich but we were very pleasantly surprised. Not many stalls were open on Christmas Day so we were happy to find any eatery that was open. We ordered the Hot & Sour Soup, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Steamed Fish, Tofu on a Hotplate and the Singapore noodles. It is not an exaggeration when I say that every dish passed the taste test. The chef and restaurant is to be highly commended If you're in the neighbourhood and wanting that hunger satiated, this place will do it for you.

We are a family of three and ordered one of the meals for three people. They made suggestions because of a spicy item for my son. It was ALOT of good food. Very nice and great service. Will definitely return!

Simply Amazing. The food is delicious, with a good balance of the flavours, and the environment is so nice, I'd love to see the terrace with all the amazing bonsai trees during summer, for sure I'll be back. The best thing is that they don't treat Chinese food like a second class food with cheap prices and cheap quality, they put a lot of effort and you can see that in every little detail. PS: the waiter that served us was soooo kind and at the same time professional
