I came for an 8:30 AM appointment and was still waiting for my final doctor review at 13:30 PM. The staff went for lunch, but we patients were left waiting in front of the doors so we wouldn't miss our names being called. It would be nice if they remembered we are human too and just told us the doctor will be away for a bit, so we could take a short walk or eat at the canteen. My suggestion for future patients: come with your own food or snacks, because they will keep you hungry. Again, I am okay with waiting, but at least give us an update! :))

Their administrative staff is so bad that they got me to write my first review here. They did not accept my European insurance and I had to run a gauntlet through their entire administration twice, each time being sent back and forth for several hours between different offices, because each time they declined to treat me even though I had appointments. Both times in the end they made me make a new appointment a few days later. Let's see if they decide to treat me at my next appointment.

If there was a rating of less than one star, I would have given it a very bad hospital, from services to nurses to doctors. There is weakness in the hospital’s administrative staff. A person can enter well and leave close to death, without exaggeration. A real case happened to me that I do not want to mention for the reason of the story itself. Scary negligence from a very, very, very bad hospital.

Looks like the hospital is listening to the complains and try to make things right . I had to come here again for my mother to have another surgery. The thing is they treat gusts more friendly this time and it looks like they are trying to fix the racism issue . I hope they do . And keep it !!! Hopefully . At the same time I would like to share that doctors and nursing here is perfect and better than many hospitals I went to all over the world .

A family member checked into the Oncology dept today. We have had the most kind and helpful staff to assist us. The Dr on duty, Dr Alexander Rosso is a warm, kind hearted and friendly medic professional with the best of all traditional doctor's bedside manners. The nurses are smiling and helpful and put the patient at ease... The Professor in charge is competent and very reassuring. Thank you so much...danke.
