I had a stone impact on my windshield that I needed to be repaired. Unfortunately the whole windshield had to be replaced. My insurance company DA Direkt helped me through the phone (right after when the stone damage) and arranged an appointment with Carglass. I got an appointment on the same week. I showed up with my car on the day of the appointment and the service desk worker welcomed me, explained what will be done and how fast. I was told that the windshield should be replaced within a couple of hours and I can be on my way back home. This is exactly what happened, the work has been done and I was happy with the result. They also cleaned my car, so I got it back clean. They were nice, it was a really seamless experience. I can recommend them! I read bad reviews before about Carglass, but this experience was a positive disappointment on my part.

I had a difficult windshield to replace. Carglass was very helpful and found a replacement. The staff were great!

I’ve replaced glass in Carglass on 17.08.23. My car was in service from 8:30am to approximately 3pm. 2 weeks after, I’ve received fine from police for speed limit excess on +23km/h (1 punkt) on 17.08 at 12:12 - exactly while car was in Carglass. I’m having a photo evidence showing that it was not me driving. @carglass, 1) why my car was on the Munchen roads? 2) why you employees so hard violate the traffic rules?

Great service, booked online and appointment was available early the following day. Friendly staff and waited while the chip was repaired (only took around 30 mins start to finish) and they even hoovered the inside of the car as well. Highly recommended. Thanks again
