Although I have been to many BKs before, this one was rather disappointing. For a BK the atmosphere was nice and we didn't need to wait long even though we made a larger order. The food was, for Burger king, a little bit sad. The burgers were poorly done and the cheesy nachos I ordered were completely cold. The rest of the food was ok. Its not a no-go, but there are definitely better options.

I have never experienced such rude customer service before. We placed our order using the self-service kiosk, but we couldn't find bottled water anywhere on the menu. I simply walked to the counter to ask a quick question. The cashier who was serving at the counter completely ignored me when I greeted her with "Hello." After waiting for a moment, I politely asked, "Can I ask you something?" Instead of answering, she immediately started shouting at me in English, saying, "Can't you see I'm busy?" She then continued speaking angrily in German, which I couldn't understand, while maintaining a very hostile attitude. I was calm and respectful the entire time, and all I wanted to know was how to order a bottle of water. There was absolutely no reason to treat a customer this way. Being busy is never an excuse for such aggressive and disrespectful behavior. In a country like Germany, where restaurants serve visitors from all over the world every day, I think it is reasonable to expect staff to be able to communicate at least basic information in English. Instead, I was met with hostility and made to feel unwelcome for asking a simple question. This was an extremely disappointing experien

Meh, it's a fast food place so unhealthy by definition, but if you compare it to other fast food places like McDonald's, then you can do worse. French fries were good and crunchy, coffee was hot (which is good! Just don't be an idiot and burn yourself or spil it on you, it's not that hard) and not that bad.

Been there, done that: I'm over it. If you're really hungry and want a quick bite, this Burger King is an option. You get "food" but don't expect much. It's surely worse than McDonald's The place was clean, not too busy and the staff was doing their thing reasonably well, albeit with little enthusiasm. UPDATE: went a second time and was seriously disappointed by the bacon burger that had 2 soggy strips of bacon and didn't remotely look like advertised
