About Brutzeln & Blubbern

Chinesische Restaurant Brutzeln & Blubbern

Brutzeln & Blubbern is a chinesisch in München, Bayern. It is listed at Amalienstraße 39, 80799 München, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. For a place to eat or drink in Germany, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open today (many restaurants keep a weekly Ruhetag), does it take reservations for dinner, and does the menu suit your group. Tipping is modest, rounding up or adding 5-10% when you pay, and while cards are accepted in most places, cash is still the safe choice at bakeries, Imbiss stands and beer gardens. Tap water is not served automatically, and bottles you take away carry a Pfand deposit.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–3 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Brutzeln & Blubbern on 089 87597192; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp.

Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 221 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded chinesisch, thai, vietnamesisch & indisch in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in München, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Authentic Chinese cuisine, very tasty and full of flavor. I came here several times and the food was always a delight! Chicken with chestnut, aubergine "Yu Xiang" style, mixed grilled platter (big enough for 3 persons), Tofu with crab flavor and prawns, handmade noodles... all super fresh and quickly served. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend.

A nice little cozy restaurant, food comes very hot! Would look to come again in winter 😝 I had the Haxe with noodles which was more knuckle and not any meat but the favour spice and noodles all really were spot on.

The soup base noodles are really delicious. The quantity is also huge and you will be full. Tried the coconut milk drink and it was new and tasty. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Amazing food! The lamb soup was rich and flavorful, and the duck blood vermicelli was perfectly cooked with a delicious broth. Everything was served hot and fresh in clay pots, which kept the flavors intact. Great service and cozy atmosphere—highly recommend for authentic Chinese comfort food!

This restaurant offers a selection of dishes in a pot, the taste is generally authentic and less salty compared to the usual overpowering seasoning from similar Chinese restaurants. However, if you are specifically looking for the iconic Cantonese pot dishes (啫啫煲/煲仔飯), this is not what they offer, in fact, quite the opposite even. The Cantonese pot dishes or rice are characterized by a sizzling hot pot with relatively dry ingredients. The sauce is either very thick, or fully absorbed in the food. Having thinned liquid sauce in a non sizzling pot is a no go. In summary, if one does not aim for the iconic Cantonese pot dishes, this restaurant offers some delicious cuisine that tastes like authentic Chinese. But they are not the usual strong-flavored sissling pot dishes that one might expect.
