Can we put zero stars? This store is a complete shame for an otherwise lovely brand. As simple as it sounds, I have purchased a lamp which arrived broken, unfortunately. In the return instructions attached, Bolia offers you a return at any of its shops. I was shocked when this store's manager, Mr. Masri, sent me away without a goodbye, "thank you for your visit but we don't want you in our store" thus completely failing on their obligations. More astounding even, given that I bought the lamp in this very same store. Absolutely opposite experience with online support with very kind and competent staff. Unfortunately, the lamp arrived broken for a second time. I suppose Bolia needs to work on their packaging as much as in store staff training.

Love this Bolia shop/ showroom! There are lots if products on display, in actual setups like dining or living spaces, spread in 2 levels of haven. Color pallete used is also very eleand Scandinavian-- lots of neutral colors, tones and materials!❤️

We purchased a big Noora sofa in Munich and after one year it started to degrade and in end of October we required a service for the part. They promise 5 working days for the feedback on their webpage but we had to call them after two weeks after no feedback and the lady on the phone just saw our inquiry while she was on the phone. Then we got an appointment in 6 weeks for the service! It got delayed due to christmas break and the new appointment was on 16.01 that someone would come, assemble and check the part. On that day in the morning, we got a phone call that it was posponed to 19.01 and we planned accordingly. However this morning (19.01), we got again a phone call that it was posphoned to next week. In summary, stay away if you are looking for a reliable, quality service afterwards. No need to mention arrogany unfriendly phone calls! In our experience, Bolia does not care about its products & customers after they sold the product!! For everyone reading this, stay away as you will not get any reliable or any service at all afterwards!

I would recommend everyone to think twice before ordering anything from Bolia., after waiting for so long with delays, our bed was delivered but it wasn’t installed. They now arranged a company to install in 3 weeks time. They aren’t being supportive.

I love the Bolia furniture. But in addition to lovely store display, store manager (Lee) here was surprisingly hospitable I really enjoyed the shopping when I visited there even though my credit card reached the limit -:)
