One would believe that “you can’t win a fight with the customer“, but at Böhmler they are not getting tired trying. Good luck! Terrible customer service experience with a Thonet chair.

Unbelievable arrogance. I intended to buy a lounge chair that my wife had picked out but was immediately treated like a nuisance just for asking a couple of basic questions.

Really unbeliveable! I understand they sell expensive furniture. What I don’t understand is if the sellers have an insight into my bank account. To a simple question, I got an answer that it was too expensive for me. Whatever that means to the lady that still only sells expensive furniture.

I am writing this review right after leaving this store because of how unbeliveable my experience in this store was. On the morning of June 14th, I walked into this store close to my hotel looking for a mattress to take back home to Croatia. I asked the lady downstairs and very angrily she told me to go to the competitor Bettenrid and that her store only does deliveres. When I asked her if she could arrange a shipment to Croatia, she said that would probably be too expensive and sent us away. Too expensive for who? The only expensive thing in that store are workers who are too entitled to sell me merchandise because they are most likely racist and/or prejudiced and therefore lose their own company money. So, to anyone reading this review, I advise you to take your money elsewhere. I certainly did.

Iconic furniture and decorations. For extraordinary purposes!

I went into the store to look at an office chair for my home office. The store is surprisingly large and spans across 3 floors. The health precautions are excellent and a member of staff checks the immunization status of every shopper at the entrance. The staff members are very friendly and helpful and would recommend the store if you are looking for furniture.
